Where can I obtain an Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA) licence?

If your Enterprise Agreement (VLSC) is still in effect, you can obtain the programme through the Microsoft Volume Licensing Centre.
If you purchased the Enterprise Mobility + Security E5 trial via the Microsoft 365 website or the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing model and do not have access to ATA via the Microsoft Volume Licensing Centre (VLSC), contact Microsoft Customer Support to learn how to activate Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA).
